Management


  • Remote Venue OPX Management: In addition to CONSULTING listed duties above OPX, will also oversee, develop/support existing staff, recommend hiring for the following departments: Food & Beverage, Security, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sponsorship Sales
  • Onsite OPX Management: In addition to CONSULTING listed duties above, OPX will assume staffing responsibilities. OPX will hire, train, promote and terminate all Full and Part-time staff. All onsite departments will be under OPX Management such as: HR, Food & Beverage, Security, Financials, Operations, Marketing, Sponsorship Sales
